Carol Bloise welcomed the Andes Garden Club for the inaugural meeting.  The Bloise landscape features several outbuildings, ornamental gardens,  quince garden, koi pond, mature trees, and sweeping views of the Andes hills and valleys.  We will remember Carol for her love for gardening, and her support during the inception of the Andes Garden Club.
